Ok, So I know I am a  lot closer to the bottom of blog traffic than the top but I just found out (sad I know) :) that there is a very high traffic established blog out there called Skip to my Lou...pretty similar. I would like to keep blogging and be more original. It is the one thing I do for me so I've really liked it a lot. I have lots of projects and tons of fun recipes for the new year! I will also be re-posting over time my posts on this blog and after a while delete this one all together! So please come follow me on my new blog!

Homemade Waffles (for dinner!)

When my mother in law did her crazy black friday shopping she got a few of these cool waffle irons that you see in hotels when they give you the free breakfast for like ten bucks. So anyways, we got one from her and didn't think we could keep it because it is pretty big. But then I got the hankering for  homemade waffles and having them belgian style sounded good! So, I got out my new toy and we are keeping it! I'll find room somewhere I'm sure :)

But, they cooked like a charm and totally fluffy waffles hit the spot for dinner! If your like me you smother them in peanut butter then drown them in syrup. Yum.
